Can Thunder Storms Be Linked to Asthma Attacks?

Scientist are finding out that another cause of asthma attacks could be thunderstorms. They believe that thunderstorms could circulate pollen and other air contaminants in the air causing a person to have an asthma attack.   For someone who has asthma and lives in an area where there are a lot of thunderstorms they can stay inside when they are accruing or be careful when breathing in the air.  I think it is possible for thunderstorms to trigger an asthma attack because if pollen really is circulated during a thunder storm then it is easy for a person with asthma harder to breath.
